    Thanks to everyone who came out for Friday Night Skating Under the Lights.  Special thanks to the volunteers who worked in the skate shack renting out ice skates and to the firefighters from the Schodack Landing Fire Department who worked the grill and served up hot beverages.

    NEW CAMPGROUND AT SCHODACK ISLAND IS OPEN

Our Mission

Our mission is to support the park by working with park staff to provide volunteers, develop programs and events, and to provide funds for park needs.  Our members all share an interest and a commitment to the park.  If you have a particular interest or expertise in recreation, outdoor sports, natural history, boating, fundraising, design, construction, or other areas of relevance to the park, or if you just want to be a contributor, we welcome your help.
